Event - Club "Tallinn" changed ownership and went through a thorough renovation during the summer. Everyone expected it to open in September but with the current building boom in Estonia I guess the shortage of both the necessary materials and labour to do that postponed the date. Being somewhat of a conservative at heart, I find it hard to accept the old club is no longer there. What I liked is that the new main dancefloor is much better for photography and the lighted floors add a new dimension. They've also brought back the green lasers that used to be there a few years ago but were curiously missing lately. I also like that there's more room to move around near the main dancefloor. Also instead of three dispersed bars there's one big central bar. However gone are the red chillout room in the back, the hangout corridor between the main dancefloor and the chillout rooms, the mini-chillout room next to the main dancfeloor and the upstairs.

Photography - My off shoe camera cord and second flash has been in the Canon repair shop for almost two months now. They're waiting for some spare parts, but I don't care. This is completely unacceptable and whatever they decide to charge for their services beyond the cost of the actual materials and parts, I certainly won't be paying.
